About the Author

Dale LePage was born in 1961 and grew up in a small country town called Templeton, Massachusetts.

Dale’s father Was a well known lion wrestler and blacksmith. He made shields and swords for Dale to fight off any monsters possibly hiding under the bed.

Dale’s dad is retired now and spends most of his time charming the birds from the trees with his beautiful whistling. All the while keeping a watchful eye for the very sneaky dandelion elf’s that live in his grass.

Dale’s mother is championship yodeler and much sought after healer who’s home made potions can cure everything from frostbite to a shrunken head.

Growing up in these surroundings was the perfect place for an imagination bloom and Dales did just that. The forest that surrounded his home was filled with a plethora of exciting and magical adventures. One day he constructed a flying hat that was stolen upon landing by a jealous eagle and Dale had to ride back home on a giant black bear. Another time a mermaid in the hidden lake taught him to shoot bow and arrow. Dale became quite good at archery, and later used his skill to release the captured chipmunk Queen who was caught in a spiders web high on the top of a very angry black bark tree.

Dale and his imagination now live in Worcester Massachusetts in a castle on a hill not far from the fairy ring. He continues to have great adventures thanks to his personal motto..
